Email Not Verified
email_not_verified403
Confirm your email first. We've sent a confirmation link to your account's address.
What this means
The account's email address hasn't been confirmed yet, and the action needs it: subscribing, upgrading, resuming a plan, updating the card, connecting an AI app, or opening the admin page. Along with this error we email a fresh confirmation link to the account's address (at most one every five minutes). Open it, then try the action again.
When you'll see this
- An account created with an email and password that hasn't opened its confirmation email yet.
- The confirmation link expired (links last 24 hours) before it was opened.
- An account created before confirmation existed, the first time it tries one of these actions.
Learn more about how this works
Anyone can type any address into a sign-up form, so an address only counts as the account's once its owner shows they receive mail there: by opening the confirmation link, by opening a password reset link, or by signing in with Google, which only vouches for verified addresses. Until then the account can sign in and use its Sandbox calls, but nothing that spends money, connects outside apps or grants admin.
This protects the real owner of the address. If someone else registered it first, they can't pay for a plan or connect apps on it, and when the real owner signs in with Google, the account is handed to them and every password, session, key and connection the other person held is ended.

"message": "Confirm your email first. We've sent a confirmation link to your account's address; it expires in 24 hours.",

}
- Open the most recent "Confirm your email for Asterwise" message and click Confirm email.
- Check spam or promotions folders if it isn't in the inbox.
- Try the action again. If the link expired, trying the action again sends a new one.
Only the dashboard receives this error: every action it guards needs a dashboard sign-in, and API keys get session_required there. Calculation endpoints never return it, and an unconfirmed account's API keys keep working within the Sandbox plan.
Production handler
No code example provided.
Avoid this error by
- Confirm your email right after signing up; the link arrives within a minute.
- Use an address you read. Shared or catch-all inboxes work as long as someone opens the message.
- Sign up with Google to skip the step: Google has already confirmed the address.
