Detects Pitru Dosha (Pitru Shapa, the father's curse) from the eleven classical combinations of BPHS 83.20–83.30.

What it covers
Standalone Pitru Dosha endpoint; the pitru_dosha bucket of asterwise_get_doshas uses the same rule. present is true only when one of the eleven verse combinations forms. The text gives no grading and no cancellation, so severity is always null and cancellations[] is always empty; combinations_count says how many formed. General Sun and 9th-lord conditions are listed in indicators[] and never make the dosha present. Malefics are the chart's natural malefics (Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu, a waning Moon, a Mercury joined by a malefic); a Mercury made malefic only by a planet does not count as afflicting that planet. Conjunction is the same sign; aspects are full graha drishti (Mars 4/7/8, Jupiter 5/7/9, Saturn 3/7/10, nodes 7). House lords are whole sign from the lagna. Remedies (only when present) are those of verses 83.31–83.32.

Edge cases:
— Most charts form no combination; indicators[] may still list Sun conditions.

asterwise_get_doshas — returns pitru_dosha as one of thirteen buckets with the same verdict and less detail.
