Western Horary Chart
asterwise_get_western_horary
The chart of a question's moment with the facts Lilly's horary method reads, each rule named. It gives the house rulers, the significators (lord of the 1st and the Moon for the querent, lord of the quesited house), their aspects with Lilly's orbs and whether an applying aspect perfects before a sign change, the Moon's last and next aspects and void-of-course state, combustion, and the considerations before judgement. The yes or no is left to the reader.
